"This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. "Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

"My stay was only a short one, and I am very much a foodie, but my thoughts in summary are ; beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, poor drinks at times eg making a pina colada with vodka because the bar was closing in 30 minutes and they wouldn't open a new bottle of rum !!! Food was heavily vegetarian and the meat options were of poor quantity and quality. Some great sports options which sadly I did not get the time to use. "

"Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye. The waiting staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed (Mohammed and Abdul Latif!). Lunch menu by the pool was great, highly recommend their cheese burger and ice cream selections! Mini bar stocked with water which was useful and room cleaned everyday. "Our stay at Al Fassia was wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Zenib at the front desk really took care of us. Youssef was also very kind to us. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and will come back for sure. "

"The hotel can use some remodeling. But, it was very nice, service, the restaurant upstairs serve excellent food. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was great, even though the club is right there on site. Sleeping was not a problem."
