"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! The bellboy and the porter and the spa staff were excellent! The resort...

"The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I hope to return there one day!"

"Our stay at Al Fassia was wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Zenib at the front desk really took care of us. Youssef was also very kind to us. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and will come back for sure. "

"Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain. It was comfortable and quiet though which is great. I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort. Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place. Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it. "

"The hotel can use some remodeling. But, it was very nice, service, the restaurant upstairs serve excellent food. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was great, even though the club is right there on site. Sleeping was not a problem."
