However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "
