"The hotel has a great ide. A resort on the outskirts of the city. They just need to maintain the hotel a little better. We enjoyed the pool and the activities. The food was pretty average. I hoped for better but I did find stuff to eat. The drinks at the bar were below average. The coffee was terrible. The cappuccino was instant. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip."

The weather was perfect for sun bathing at around 20-25 degrees most days along with offering amazing facilities like football, volleyball and table tennis. The manager of the hotel asked to leave because the hotel was privatised between the time we did the booking and the time we arrived to hotels. And this dituation was not his problem. The discussion happened outside the hotel because they didn't allowed us to acceed the reception. "I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the people working there. However, the place it is situated is not very touristic and was unexpected. The breakfast was not really appealing. I would not recommend the hotel to someone who wants a relaxing holiday, it isnt a place to relax. Indoor of the hotel is beautiful though. Rooms arent as comfortable and the cleanliness would not be 100% I feel they should include televisions into the rooms."

"I had the pleasure of visiting Riu Tikida Palmerai during my stay in January. The weather was perfect for sun bathing at around 20-25 degrees most days along with offering amazing facilities like football, volleyball and table tennis. The gardens in the hotel are beautiful even as someone who doesn’t appreciate scenery these were a must look. I honestly don’t understand why people complain about the food obviously it’s not restaurant level but it does the job, they rotate some food on a daily basis and you can choose from the three restaurants in the evening but you also have to try some spots outside of the hotel, as the Moroccan food cannot be missed! The only thing I could fault from the hotel is the employees seemed a bit boring not really showing much emotion but that isn’t an issue that should turn you away as the hotel offers way more than what it’s valued out and you should definitely give it a try if your visiting the beautiful country of Morocco."

"We stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. Very friendly staffs though they speak little English. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Good choice of food apart from BBQ where mostly beef is served, no other options. Reception desk is too small and limited so at busy times expect long wait for check in/out. Overall very satisfying holiday, will be back."
