"Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. Exceptional value for money. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff. They are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Many of whom remembered us from last year. Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel...

"Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend! "

"This place is garbage. I showed up, with a hotels.com reservation and was shown to my room. I spent the day in and out of the room doing work. In the early evening, they decided they were no longer going to honor my reservation and forced me to leave. Thankfully I found a hostel which was significantly nicer and cheaper than this place, and with better internet. If you can avoid it, AVOID IT."

"It is important to realise that this hotel offers basic but good value accommodation right in the heart of the Medina. It is more like a hostel than a hotel so if you book knowing that you won’t be disappointed. Rooms are small, basic but perfectly adequate for what you need. I stayed here on two occasions, once in a room with a private bathroom and once in a room with shared bathroom.
