"We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

"Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. "This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"
