"We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"This was the type of property we were looking for. This was a trip with my wife and me and our 4 adult children. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning. Probably not as big a deal if you aren't used to a/c as us spoiled Americans. But with temperatures near 100°F there isn't enough natural air flow through the house to cool it off. "We had an absolutely fabulous holiday in Brufa - Casa Vog. The house is perfectly located for short trips to Assisi, Perugia, Lago Trasimeno and slightly further afield to a number of places in Tuscany such as Siena. Olimpia and Elena are fantastic hosts. "This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area. We grilled out, had a chef come and fix us dinner and several days of pit luck. Daily trips to the surrounding hilltop towns of Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Sienna, and Florence one day. You definitely need a car but that gave all of us options. We rented in Perugia and others chose to rent cars in Rome and Sorrento. The property is well maintained...

"Fantastic location with stunning views. Property located in spacious gardens with good sized swimming pool which was well maintained. Bathrooms were disappointing with showers that were barely big enough to get into. Kitchen very small and not very clean with inefficient fridge/freezer that had seen better days. The location was perfect so would properly consider staying again. "
