"We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. "Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. "We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."
