"We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

"We had a great time at Anat's place. The location is incredible, the views from the property amazing. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space and the area is very quiet. Anat is a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond. The house was incredibly well stocked, no need to run searching for supplies on your arrival. "We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"
