"Lovely house outside of Spoleto. Better place for summer because the pool was closed during our visit and the outdoor space not usable because of cool weather. There were also no instructions for renters. "

"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We decided to take a totally unscripted family/friends vacation and chose this property for our home base. It is 400 years old and part of the charm is considering all the people and history associated with it. The location is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It is spacious and well appointed and is a short drive to many beautiful Umbrian hill towns, restaurants and historical attractions. "Nice large old house with great grounds and amenities. Very close to Todi. Owner and manager are responsive and easy to communicate with. Great for large families. Out door grill, grounds and pool are amazing."
