"Fabulous spa and great food."

"Hotel was a great location and the bar was great. Breakfast was nice but the full English could be bigger, you get one of everything, 1 egg, 1 hash brown etc… What let the hotel down for us was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was dated and unclean, the shower needed a good scrub and the kettle, coffee machine etc in the room were covered in dust. "lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "

"Great place to stay. Throughly enjoyed our 3 day trip with our dog. Right in the heart of Corsham which is a delightful village. Cannot praise the lovely staff highly enough - friendly, helpful and happy. This venue is run extremely well we would happily revisit. Breakfasts are excellent with locally sourced produce. "

"This was an overnight stay while working locally and this place was chosen for its location and the fact that it’s a pub as well. The room was nice but could do with some TLC but I was very comfortable. The bar area was a little cold but I soon warmed up with the lovely food that was on offer and the staff were really friendly and helpful which is why I would recommend this place to others thinking of staying here."

"Room was very clean and spacious with the biggest cosiest bed. Nice variety of drinks in the room. Bathroom facilities very good. We used the hotels restaurant and the food was outstanding. Lovely cosy fireside seating to relax into. We will definitely return. "
