"Although a hostel, it offers single and other private rooms, which was my case. The room was big enough with a few hangers, a chest of drawers, a lamp, an armchair and washbasin. The toilets and showers are shared in sufficient numbers for both sexes. There us a huge kitchen/canteen and a common room.on the ground floor. The staff I met were all smiling and helpful. "

"We found this space easy and convenient for our stay in Bedminster. Our room, on the ground floor shared space, was comfortable; felt quiet, private and secure. Alongside a small fridge, Coal Shed provide a range of tea and coffee options in the room with crockery and cutlery to hand. A shared kitchen was kept clean and well stocked with equipment and oil for cooking, if you decide to stay in. "Wonderful hostel set in a great oit of the way location. Only major issue is the poor condition of the access road to the propery which is not mentioned anywhere. Take it slow and steady and you'll still ground out the car in a normal car on the pot holes and ruts. I would not even attempt it in a car with lower ground clearance like a MX5 ect as you could cause major damage to your vehicle. This is a real shame as it wouldn't take alot of effort to atleast repair the worst of the pot holes...
