"We had a short one night stay in Cheltenham, we were given a beautiful large room facing the road in front of the building. We could park our car streight in front of the building. Staff was very friendly. Town centre, shopping, bars and restaurants just 5 min away."

"I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner. The first room we had , had no heating other than a portable radiator as the heating unit didnt work, we also had very noisy neibours( not the propweries fault) they moved us as soon as we requested. . There was no beer on tap in the bar , however there is a pub that shares the car park. "

"I have stayed before and fined it excellent my only concern they should have wall grip handles to assist getting in and out of the bath. And they should provide toilet brushes in the bath room both these items are a must in my opinion and borders on health issues other wise ideal place to stay "

"My partner and I stayed here after using their spa - which in itself made it worth the trip, the spa is lovely - and we stayed for a single night. There is a lot of parking, and it’s free! All the staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was great quality. It’s a bit on the ‘older’ side and our floor was a little uneven, but the bed was super comfortable and I’d go back in a heartbeat!"

"A good clean room, overlooking Portishead Marina. Parking is in the Lidl car park close by. Not easy to park in Portishead! Breakfast can be obtained in adjacent cafes (Posset) and Botellino's opposite is a friendly italian restaurant offering a discount."

"Able to check in early. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Onsite parking. Another pillow each would have been good but it didn't detract from our overall stay."
