"Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly from cleaners to reception and bar staff and gardeners/ pool people. All happy to help. Very clean. Towels daily at pool. Pool bar was perfect. Arranged a couple of trips whilst there by rep which worked well. Breakfast very expensive. Room was nice shower was great and room service. "Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "
