"The hotel was amazing with great customer service. Everyone was very respectful and helpful. Things to note: 1) the hotel doesn’t have a proper beach to swim in, you can only access to the water in a small area. 2) if you have the all inclusive but want to eat in other restaurants but the Buffett, you need to book with 2 days in advance (we were not told that) 3) WiFi isn’t very good and not accessible in the beach. "
