"We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."

"Best dinner seafood buffet I’ve seen in China. I thought it was closer to the airport; we taxied during traffic so it took over 30 minutes. Anyway, nice hotel with some elegance. "

"Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead."

"My booking was upgraded, room was big & clean very good and convenient location, MTR just next to hotel entrance, staff was friendly. Breakfast not much variety, overall very happy with the stay."
