"Great hotel, location and service. Close to Namba station, Parks shopping centre and a 10 to 15 min to Dotonbori. Staff, gym, facilites were all fantastic. Only issue was the twin beds. We booked for our family of 4, with 2 adults and 2 children who are still 9 and 11 and there was no way to sleep 2 on the twin beds. No other upgrades were available, and no Tanami mats etc, so 1 had to sleep on the floor which was difficult. Probably because we didnt appreciate the difference between twin...

I felt I was fooled by their false advertisement. I’m not a first international traveler and hasn’t experienced not getting a room I paid for except this hotel. Other than that, overall experience is good. I believe they should do fair trading."
