"The hotel was particular about certain rules, but there were no issues with the property if you followed the instructions. The property wasn't the cleanest, but that is more due to the age of the property rather than the staff not cleaning, which they were diligent in doing. All in all a fine stay, no major issues or complaints."

"The private room was quite large and the service was excellent. I love that they have an assortment of board games in the common area, as well as a dart board! Minor gripes: * There are only two washing machines and two dryers. On at least two occasions I had to reschedule my laundry chores because both were occupied at the time. "It’s unmanned - the check in is done through a machine which was giving us a bit of trouble at the card printing stage, but once we checked in it was all smooth. The room was nice and well equipped. "

"I am nit picking here but, there is only one elevator for a 10 building hotel. So if you have someone with a handicap or wheelchair it is difficult and takes a long time especially during peak hours and check in/out times. Lastly, the closest smoking section is about 3 blocks away, so that was a big inconvenience."
