"Loved this hotel!! The Service by the staff, particularly by Rodrigo, was the best service i have gotten in any other hotel!! They are polite, and extreme helpful at all times! Rooms are extremely big, cleaned and elegant. Location is central to every single activity and it has great choices for restaurants: Fervor, Marcelo, and Freddo (for ice cream). This is a gem of a hotel. By the way, i am from Argentina, and know the city, and i will stay at Algodon Mansion over other big and famous hotels...

"Property is well located in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately the communication with property management is very hit or miss. The description of amenities falls short as there is no tv and the internet is spotty at best. The apartment has a microwave, refrigerator and over/stove. The oven and stove did not work. Housekeeping is discribed as daily and linen changed every 3 days. This did not happen at all during my week stay. If these are not important then this place is a good fit. "

Our only issue was that the first day we arrive we went to shower and the shower head was broken so it fell off and it was hard to get the hot water “hot” in the shower. "Everything was amazing in general. The only things I can think of that could’ve been better are: - sometimes the lobby smelled really funky/bad; there’s a cleaning service there daily and it’s usually okay, but sometimes it’s an unfortunate smell. Maybe some scenting in the lobby would help avoid it. - I wish body lotion was provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was plentiful and really great, adding lotion would make it complete. - extra trash bags. The trash cans are small and can...
