"Diego was super friendly, responsive and helpful. I had late checkin and he was very accommodating, the place is well decorated and great value for the cost. Centrally located. "As I walked in, another guest stopped specifically to comment about how fantastic Le Petit Palais is. He was not wrong - I was really fortunate to find LPP and would stay again if another trip provides opportunity to visit BA. Educated multi-lingual host (I heard at least 3 languages, I think).
