Gabriel at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel seems to be conveniently located, the rooms are a good size, and the AC worked well. The price was very reasonable.

The best thing were the front desk employees Christian, Santiago, and Erik excellent people skills they go out of their way to help and book activities I was really happy with the customer service. I wish the pillows and the bed were softer. Ask for a room that doesn't face the street. The breakfast was good with several fruits, cereals, yogurt, eggs, and sausage.

Where to begin, our toilet was clogged for 2 days, our air conditioner started leaking and there was a bug in the window.. we tried communicating our concerns.. once they understood, it was smooth sailing! Blue eyes (very quiet) and Erick (cute) where the best! Just a few hiccups. Close to times square of argentina. Also erick closed my suitcase and asked me why i needed hot water when my colon failed me that was a little bit invasive, but that’s why you need to know Spanish!

Lovely hotel in a safe upscale area
The hotel is in a very nice upscale area. Room is big with a dining table, large bed, balcony area, microwave, fridge and cooker. Staff are very friendly and allowed me to keep my suitcase with them for a few days while I travelled around El Calafate and Bariloche. Area is very safe - I was travelling as a solo female.
