"We had a fantastic stay at Shana! The service was outstanding—from advance planning, arrival, tour scheduling, and meals at the restaurant—the staff went above and beyond. Their attentiveness and professionalism set this hotel apart. The location is really great too. We enjoyed the beach access and convenience to Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park and Ziplining Tour. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"A stunning place! The bar/restaurant and pool area are truly breathtaking and have been done to a very high standard. The staff were all fantastic and the food was generally good. There is lots to explore locally including the free waterfalls you can access from the hotel, a bigger waterfall further down the hill which id definitely recommend and Marino Ballena National park. "Spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was clean, but needs further update in terms of furnishings but we didn’t mind. The view of the ocean from the room & dining area is SPECTACULAR! The staff was very attentive and the food wonderfully delicious! Would recommend staying here on your trip to Quepos. "
