"We received a warm welcome from Jason upon arrival who was friendly and provided useful information. We had booked a Superior Lake View room which was on the 3rd floor. The hotel is currently undergoing a refit but unfortunately our room had not yet received a rejuvenation and was quite dated, tired and definitely not superior. "Very easy check in. Good location and walking distance to restaurants and cafes! Swimming pool was clean and warm. Only downside was other people staying here were quite loud but that is out of the accommodations control. Overall I really enjoyed staying here!"

"We had a nice 2 night stay in a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was very basic, but clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. Complimentary parking was ideal. The continental breakfast was sufficient. It would have been better with coffee that was not instant. There are also laundry facilities. There is a grocery store just across the street and we were very close to all the activities we had planned. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was a comfortable stay. "
