There are tons of restaurants and cafes around along with every designer store you can imagine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."
