"This was a joyful holiday stay. The apartment is spacious enough for two. And extremely well equipped. The location was delightful and surrounded by olive trees. The owner made the stay even better by being friendly, but not constantly 'checking on us'. There was the added bonus of the owner's dog wanting to sit with us while we sipped Tuscan wine in the shade in the afternoon. "This property is fantastic if you want to enjoy the real Tuscan life. The Villa, pool is all that is advertised. Olivia is the property manager and makes your stay everything you could hope for. "This property and the hosts are wonderful! The home is beautifully updated and comfortable with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor spaces are also wonderful and very comfortable. "Problems from initial reservation through hotels.com. The owner also has a sub contract with another company that sends contracts that you must abide by. These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too...
