"We love the Bernini Palace. This was our second stay there and will always consider it our place to stay when in Florence. We love the old world charm, the attentiveness of the staff and the location in the city. Also, the breakfast is wonderful! The rooms are well appointed and include a turn down service every evening. "I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too.
