"Our family of four loved staying here. The staff were lovely and the pool facilities were great. Always fresh towels and loungers available. We made use of the restaurants too which was fabulous for the kids when they were tired. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Nice and close to the beach too. We paid to use their carpark too which I recommend as it is less hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable beds. "

"We stayed in the Panorama Room - Facing the Ocean, it was a beautiful view! Very much enjoyed this during the day and in the evenings before going to bed. The room was excellent with a comfy bed and pillows, huge room, with a huge bathroom (one of the best bathrooms we have ever had in a hotel room!). The Buffet Breakfast was mostly Average and some items were Good, also, too crowded every single morning regardless of the time you went to eat. This hotel needs another Breakfast room to be...

"Its was fabulous! It was sad that pool staff show poor human nature ( two guys). It was reported and it was note by management, however, damage was done from experience - sad! I would return as I had booked 3 room for family and friends "

"This property is really well located, close to transport & shops. Friendly staff, great amenities. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room."

"Booked the lagoon suite for 2 adults 2 kids with King bed and fold out lounge. Had to call to get 2nd bed made for kids at 8p.m. only enough pillows and towels for 2 not 4 people. House keeping was very slack and 2nd day didnt even refresh the room at all. Room was 2700 down to 2k for 3 nights but for that money you deserve better service. Restaurant and bar service by the pool were great. "
