"Clean room, Clean bathroom, very quiet, good breakfast, tram 5 minutes walk away, ample (paid) parking. Glass around the pool needed a clean, would be good if parking could be validated once per stay and not every time you exit/re-enter the parking"

"Stayed 2 nights. Had some issues with room, spoke to shift manager and she changed my room. Conveniently located to tram stop snd by the beach. Only disappointment was the outdoor hot tub which is now used as lunge pool. Service was fast and friendly and buffet breaky was yummmy "

"I booked and paid to stay here without reading any reviews. Then after reading some really bad reviews I was worried that I had wasted my money. Fortunately, I couldn’t have been happier. This place was an absolute delight to stay at. I honestly couldn’t fault it. Everything was absolutely perfect. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m on the Gold Coast. 5 star accommodation 😎"
