"Great location, walking distance to every where, but very poor wifi connection, otherwise everything is good"

"Property location was great - the full view of the ocean was amazing! Fully stocked with cutlery & kitchen utensils - two sachets of laundry powder, dishwash & detergent. Lounge area was great space! Rooms were ok too. The pool was fantastic! For the price paid - on first night, the main shower head was leaking and the ensuite wasn't draining properly but property were quick to resolve next day. Rooms need a refresh - esp the curtains. The bedrooms were so hot - we stayed as long as we could...

The property is compact but there was good parking and their accommodation was clean and pleasant. Communication was excellent. The kitchen was really well appointed for a stay of several days. "Situated across from the beach, balcony, living room and bedrooms all had beach views! Great location only a short stroll to Cavill ave. Apartment was stylishly decorated and very clean. Kitchen had all utensils needed and more... you could even bake a cake! Was nice to be footsteps away to golden sands and the beach. My only advice would be if you are like me and need a good pillow to sleep, then bring your own as pillows provided were extremely soft and an inch thick."

"We had an issue with the toilet seats being loose/broken which was promptly fixed, however the blinds in the main living area were all needing attention and one actually fell down on the last day while we were there when we tried to roll it up. "I love the Q1 but they didn’t give me the Gold VIP rewards so I had to go and ask reception who reluctantly gave me a bottle of sparkling wine and a row of chocolates and $20 off Spa treatments. The room was pricey but was actually one of the worst ones we’ve ever had in the Q1 so we paid for an upgrade which double the cost of our 5 night stay.
