"I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Mandarin Oriental KL. I was traveling with my very chatty 8-year-old son and every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. They made both of us feel completely at home and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, right next to Suria KLCC and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The view from our room was stunning, especially at night when the towers lit up. The food was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very family-friendly. Thank you so much to everyone at the Mandarin Oriental for making this trip so special. You created a beautiful memory for my son and me. "The room size of this property is fantastic. The rooftop swimming pool & Jaccuzi are the best selling points and perfect place to realx yourself after a days meeting or outings. Breakfast is good with Live egg counter where the Chef prepares your desired egg types. Overall this hotel has never let me down. Highly recommend & will positively stay here again."

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "
