"This place was great. Very spacious and centrally located. We LOVED the rooftop infinity pool with the killer view. It would have been a perfect check in, had we received clear check in instructions a few days prior to our visit. Luckily, I got a Malaysian sim card so was able to get a call the local number to get a hold of someone to come into the residential building and help get us "checked in", since the concierge at the building can't help."

"This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them.
