"One of the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at! I was greeted at the door and then told to sit and wait for available staff to help check us in even though there were 2 people opened for the aid. I watched someone else come in after us go up to them and asked to be checked in. I don’t know why I was sat down. "Before we arrived I had contacted the hotel concierge to arrange transport to & from the hotel and a few restaurant bookings. The staff could not of been more helpful in arranging this and a small surprise for my husband on our honeymoon. We were picked up by the hotel and the driver was polite and courteous. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted so warmily be multiple staff, our bags were whisked away, we were given a welcome drink whilst we waited in the comfortable lobby to check in....
