"Great place to stay close to KLCC. A bit of a walk from the metro but still convenient location and easy to get around. "

"Pool and pool view are great, gym as well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt that looked exactly like the description. The hotel is in waking distance from the twin towers and the very nice park next to them. The one complain I have was the absence of face and/or hand towels. We only got bath towels (1 per person) that had to be used for the pool too. The washing/drying machine was nice to have but hard to use without any instructions."

"Second visit this year, which was not as good as the first. Insufficient towels. The sink was old, repainted and distressed. Shower valve difficult to control as it tended to shutoff by itself. No coffee supplied and fridge didn't work (had to be replaced). Maintenance responded fairly well. We liked the location, very convenient to the Pavillion. The staff was always friendly and helpful. "Property lacking in basic amenities. Did not even bother to change the bed sheets & towels even after I had specifically requested the front office to change it "

"Amazing stay. However the hotel is almost outdated even though is very comfortable. Staff were great except the newer staff which is foreign staff. Hardly understand Bahasa and limited English. Came during weekend and school holiday. Its very crowded but the staff managed patrons professionally. I might return again maybe during non peak with less crowd."

"Love the facilities: Swimming pool, kids park, and its convenient coz in the same building there are convenient store, grocer and diners. Didnt like the part that we need to clear thrash to the refuse area ourselves, although i really dont mind cleaning the dishes and cutleries used at all. Didnt like the part that there was only one small trash bucket and it was hidden in the kitchen and there was no spare thrash bag. We were expecting a sofa bed and there was only a bench, and not big enough...
