"This hotel is gorgeous - modern and comfortable. The living room vibe of the lobby encourages guests to work, dine, chill and socialize. We had coffee and breakfast at the cafe every morning and had dinner there the night we arrived. The food was delicious - and although the restaurant was closed while we were there, the cafe menu was wonderful. And the staff were so welcoming and lovely! They even packed up some to go snacks for us to take to the airport, knowing that we had a long day of...

"I would give this hotel a 3.5! Our family overall enjoyed our stay. We particularly loved the infinity pool, the view from the top floors (including buffet view) and the overall spaciousness of the hotel. As for the cleanliness, unfortunately our bedsheets although « clean » were incredibly stained from use (yellowing and marks). I think if the facilities were to improve the bedsheets used it could be great! "

"There was a severe lack of services to fix problems identified in the apartment. The wifi was not working in either of the rooms and all we were told is it couldn't be fixed. We also had to pay extra money for towels that we wanted to use at the pool. Those towels were taken from us during the 1 in 3 day room cleaning services. I ask for them back but no attempt was made to provide them. "

"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."
