"My second time stay here.. Beautiful place, many activities with animals in morning.. Very good place for kids and children.. Friendly staff, very helpful with sweetest smile. "i went over there on Raya holiday, on 16th June. upon arriving when i try to check in, found out the room was booked, and was not reflected on Expedia, hence my booking was forced to cancel, although they offer another room which is smaller, but with an extra bed .however i have 3 adults and 1 pregnant woman with me. thus i requested cancel of the room. the Manager also agreed to refund to me in full. I am not sure if this is whose fault but until today about 3 weeks. i still have not yet...

"The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be. "

Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre, an IHG Hotel

"Great hotel right in the heart of KL near the twin towers. Staff were so kind, they even let me do a late checkout than I even asked. There were some confusions at the check out but they were quick enough to fix it. Cleaning staff were superb. Weather was a bit bad but this hotel stay made it better. I hated that the area OUTSIDE this beautiful hotel was dirty. Hence why my stay at this hotel made it very special, even though they were doing some constructions in the pool area. Breakfast was wonderful and fun to try all kinds of southeast Asian cuisine in addition to western items. They take safety seriously too. There was always someone including security in front of the hotel. I’d say their night staff outside could be nicer. I wish I were able to do their Sunday brunch which looked amazing! Thank you for making my first trip to KL extra special! "
