I spent almost $80 on the laundry services and out clothes came back still smelly ( like you can still smell my sons sweat on his shirts) so expensive and when I told the front desk nothing was done about it ! "Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station and was a great place to begin and end our trip to Japan. The views from the rooms were spectacular especially at night. The staff was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the strawberry waffles and ricotta pancakes. We appreciated that the staff spoke English as we only spoke a little Japanese. We really enjoyed staying at this...
