"The hotel is a little old and getting renovated but we still had a wonderful stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. And yes of course, the breakfast buffet (both japanese and american) was very good. Also the restaurant inside the hotel (tempura) was very good! I also like about the hotel is there is a 711 inside. Very convenient!!! Book this hotel for family vacation or business trip. You will feel relaxed every morning you wake up."

"Beautiful hotels and exceptional rooms. Main concern is the helpfulness of the concierge. The lady didn’t offer information and simply gave me the booklet. I judge the hotel by how thoughtful and helpful the concierge is, and here, they could use some training. The food in the lobby restaurant was also 7/10. "

"There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It is fabulous. So relaxing. It was hard to leave it to go out and see Tokyo; I could have stayed there the whole time! We decided that we had the best food of our trip in the Oriental lounge on 2 occasions. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Shangri-la Tokyo Hotel is very comfortable, well appointed, high service level hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our trip as we feel very welcome. The location being just above Tokyo Station is an added attribute. We are able to take day trips to prefectures outside of Tokyo via the Shinkansen and get back to rest in a comfortable hotel. It’s a great feeling to have that as an option."
