"There were some unfair comments online made about the hotel which I disagree with. The hotel met our expectations and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just transitioning into Christmas and the decorations and aroma in reception and the lounges was beautiful. The Spa was reasonably quiet and we found the saunas and outdoor pool to be clean and enjoyable. Our room was also lovely and our only issue was that it took ages to get warm (not hot) water from bath and sink taps. The towel...

"This is the place to go when you want to feel special. I travel a lot and the service is 6*. Bed linen was lovely, location and that special “drive up to the door” and relax.
