"We could not wish for a better house for the weekend. The property was so impressive and very well equipped. It was spacious and so clean and little touches were amazing. The best part of the house was the outdoor space and the pool and hot tub which was heated and very clean. "We enjoyed our stay here. Sean greeted us and helped us get settled in. The house is lovely and has all the amenities you need. Just a few minutes stroll into the picturesque town of Painswick with it's typical Cotswolds buildings (don't miss visiting St. Mary's Church and its 99 yew trees!). "We had another lovely stay at the Lower Mill estate. Kids enjoyed the watersports, bike rentals, swimming and tennis and the independence of having it all within easy access. The cottage was a good space for the 2 families - 2 mums, 4 kids with a well stocked kitchen. It was a little dusty as nobody had stayed for awhile, which did also mean a lot of quite large spiders. Probably inevitable as you are so near the water but they were some of the biggest I have ever seen or had to deal with!"

"We had the most amazing stay at Tumbledown Cottage! The views are outstanding and the cottage itself is perfect for a relaxing stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook up great local produce from the many farm shops Isla kindly recommended- enjoying the view while we ate in the conservatory. "Lower Mill Estate has a wonderful network of paths and trails around some of the most beautiful lakes in the Cotswolds. Having now stayed here for nearly two months between sellling and buying a new property I know most of the area really well. It is wonderful to see many different species of birds and water fowl and to know about the beaver project - although sadly I never actually saw a beaver. The Ballyhoo also provided much needed coffee on occasions and was always welcoming."

"Beutiful spacious apartment right next to the Sydney Gardens. Best parking for the whole trip A DEDICATED SPACE! Living area was bright and airy with all the skylights, comfortable beds and great bathroom. A bit of trouble with the laundry, but thats just me being a spoiled American with our large washers and dedicated dryers. "Our family spent Christmas weekend here and loved every minute of our stay at this lovely home. The location is perfect for exploring Bath: easy walking distance to the train station as well as all of the major highlights of this beautiful city. It is next to a night club, so there was some noise on a couple of the nights we stayed, but it didn't bother us. There was plenty of room for our family, and the rooms felt spacious and luxurious.
