"Not a large place to stay, but big car park . Has old world charm on the outside, and very peaceful, you are treated well as a guest ...you matter to them, which is important . Room was adequate for our needs and the food and drinks were good.."

"Enjoyed the two nights here great choice of food and wines, very pleasant staff small but comfy room comfortable bed Unfortunatley no water available this morning so no showers but the hotel could not take the blame the whole village was without water i would return again. "

"The room was very spacious and well equipped. The dining room was pleasant and had character. All areas were very clean. There was a good choice of cooked breakfasts and service was very pleasant and friendly. Parking was easy and the road quiet overnight."

"Great place to stay. Throughly enjoyed our 3 day trip with our dog. Right in the heart of Corsham which is a delightful village. Cannot praise the lovely staff highly enough - friendly, helpful and happy. This venue is run extremely well we would happily revisit. Breakfasts are excellent with locally sourced produce. "

"Such a magical place to stay for the nearby town. All of the Harry Potter filming locations were awesome to see and the town was so chill. There was something very D&D about checking in with the bar keep to get a room at the Inn above the pub. We absolutely loved staying here, and everyone was extremely kind. "

"Great place to stay and in easy reach of Cotswold gems. Lovely room and great breakfast. Thanks to Vincent and his staff for hosting us and providing excellent hospitality. Even the price was worth every penny and although we didn’t have an evening meal we enjoyed the bar area to socialise. Saw a mistake on my bill and Vincent refunded me immediately. Would stay there again its lovely!"

"We called ahead to ask if we could check in early so we could change to go to a wedding. They weren’t able to get the room ready but did let us in before it had been cleaned so that we could change. The family room had 2 bedrooms and suited our needs really well, and would suit most families. The room decor was a little tired but clean and all in good working order. "We (my partner, and my Mum) had a lovely stay here to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really appreciated the treats left for us! Check in was super easy with the lock box. The cottage is great for 2 guests as both bedrooms have an en suite (although the upstairs/loft bedroom doesn't have a door FYI). Plenty of seating in the living area too with the sofa, armchair, and even an electric armchair which came in handy for my Mum! Excellent stay

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast. Can't wait to stay here again. "

A nice stay

"We had a nice stay. The reception and restaurant were very nice. Our room was pretty clean but it felt tired. There was chipped paint around the drinks area and the paintwork in the bathroom was damaged. The pool was nice. Changing rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were lovely. "
