"A great location to see Hamilton and an event I had in Darling Harbour. Travelling solo, I felt very safe with easy transport late at night. Lovely staff, a beautiful spacious room. Everything you need. Loved the complimentary water as well. The shower was a bit odd, I couldn't figure out how to keep it hot but with less pressure. I've never had a hotel shower that had really high water pressure, very good for washing your hair so it's not bad, just a bit odd that it wasn't able to be lowered...

"The staff front desk staff and concierge are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are a bit scuffed with age but the underlying quality is apparent. The location is excellent. You can enjoy anything along Curcular Quay and walk back to the hotel, the area is very safe. You are also right across from the botanical gardens. "

"Beautiful hotel. Old education building transformed into a magnificent CBD hotel. Lovely, attentive staff. Comfy beds, spacious room. Good location within walking distance to Opera House. But, if your room is in the inner circle, you have no view except into rooms across the way and vice versa. So drapes have to be closed 24-7, creating a dark atmosphere. "

"Very nasty bathroom with black mould. Tiny bed, but linen was clean. Dirty carpets. Fabulous location and if you don’t mind mould and stains, the staff were lovely and clearly did their best "

"The new Metro within a short walking distance provides very quick access to the city/cbd area. If you want to stay away from the crowded cbd area, this is a great choice. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. Particularly liked the balcony with the table & chairs. "
