"I always stay here when visiting my family, my only disappointment was when I checked into my room there was left over food from previous guests, I asked at reception next morning fur cleaners to remove, that evening it was still there , asked again she apologised & said it would be removed today, it was still there when i returned. It wasn’t till the 3rd day that it was finally removed, not a big issue but should have been addressed. Staff were always lovely, I don’t know how they dealt with...

"Conveniently located for Darling Harbour area, we had a good sized, stylish room with a great bathroom. The bed was very large with best pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel for some time. The hotel was quiet and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only down side was the complete lack of view from our top floor room - it was just walls of adjacent buildings. However, I suspect there was little to see (a car park and other hotels) in the immediate vicinity."

"This property was recommended by a friend. We really liked it because it's an apartment and one can cook (if one wants to!), do laundry etc. We only used the kitchen for tea and coffee. However, I have to say the utensils, silverware, crockery provide is bare minimum! We were only two people yet we had to wash the cups/mugs/spoons etc. every time. If you're more people, beware. Some members of the staff were very helpful; others didn't seem to know much about the area; could be new...
