Amazing location for my 6 night blitz in Sydney. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to tour. I only needed transit to get to the airport and that was a breeze even with rolling luggage. The staff were very helpful to me and I appreciated their professionalism. Thank you

Hotel was very basic and requiring an update and renovation. Staff not overly friendly or accommodating. Lift does not access all floors so you have to drag your bag either up or down stairs. Would not wish to stay here again.

Location and staff wonderful. Property decor is dated. Carpets need replacing urgently, saw a number of older persons nearly fall after tripping on the uneven surface. Room was showing evidence of needing a very good clean. Dusty, dirty and mould. Evidence of previous guests evident in bathroom, doubt it's been cleaned in a while. Overall very disappointed and not sure how this motel has received 4 stars. For the money paid it was not great value for money, owner needs to spend some money here. Except for the location and staff.

I can’t help but think that this hotel rest on its location. The rooms are tired and certainly mine was dated and dirty. I have the feeling they just don’t care as they are always full with cruise passengers.

Room was not what we ordered or paid for, not what was advertised. Extremely small hit your head on sloping walls trying to get into bed. Ordered 3 rooms months before date needed. Rooms not together or on same floor. Noisy amenities cupboard right beside bed. One chair in room for 2 people and was about to break very rickety. When complained was told general manager would be in contact, still no word from them. Safety feature needed in bathroom need handrail to assist when getting out of shower which is situated over high bath.

I was concerned regarding the cleanliness of our room , with me wiping brown stuff off the desk of room 725 on arrival.we also noted the level of mould in the bathroom and that the tub was yellow ( we think with cleaning products that had been splashed around ) Staff did offer a change of room which we declined but wish we had when we discovered on our last night of the first part of our stay ,the doona had brown stains . The area the hotel is in is fantastic ,staff where helpful ,but they need to go a lot better with cleaning . When we came back to the second part of our stay ina different room ,732 , the level of mould was still present . I have no knowledge of an upgrade . Would I stay again ? Not so sure . Was it convenient, yes it was.
