We were in Ramadan so it was very crowded and difficult to get into the Haram for Omra as they blocked the nearest entry point from the hotel to the haram. It would take about half an hour to get in. In other days I would assume it’s a lot easier. The hotel rooms and facilities are so well thought out and absolutely beautiful. We are full board at the hotel and the food was incredible. "

Specious, family friendly, dining experience, cuisine was just wonderful. Made out Umrah during the Ramadan really relaxing and comforting. I am definitely coming back next year Inshallah. "

"All together excellent and well maintained. Very walkable to Kaaba--the main reason why we stayed. However, there was a heavy chain smoker on our floor, evident by the constant cigarette smell in the lobby and hallways. I complained to the front desk twice, but the smell persisted :( We were not informed on the RSVP that this was a smoking floor--if there is such a thing at this hotel."
