"Very close to Haram. Quiet side entrance gets you into the building (Tower 2). Close to shops which makes it very convenient. A shout out to Brother Munir who was of great service & help during our stay. Would definitely recommend. (even though the lifts can sometimes take a while to go up & down the 23 odd floors)"

"I booked through Expedia my whole Umrah trip for 4 people. Somehow the room that I finally booked was of 3 single beds. I called property and emailed them too but the issue was not solved. When we finally reached there and talked to them, they were very nice and receptive. They upgrade our room and gave us a suite instead. It was first Umrah of my kids and we were staying at Pullman Zamzam for the first time too. This act made our stay memorable and we are now Pullman ZamZam for life. Also their luggage policy is very good and helpful. Haram is right outside the hotel. Breakfast options were great too. "
