A special mention to Joanna Heap for providing excellent service above and beyond. However, the room itself had annoying things wrong with it. The air conditioning is not adequate for the room. We had upgraded and were provided with TWO hangers in the wardrobe. The vanity middle drawer would not stay...

"The location of the hotel is great, parking is secure and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the air con, even with a fan on it wasn't great especially in 26 degrees heat "
