"We have been staying here a lot more lately instead of the Fairmont and we love it. This was the first time we've had even the slightest thing close to an issue. The room connected to ours was partying until 5am and when we finally called security, not only were they there in minutes, but when the room tried to not answer their due, they were persistent and got them to open up and dealt with it immediately. "

"The property was in good shape, has plenty of charm and the staff was wonderful. The drawbacks: -parking lot- I got a $100 ticket while I waited to get checked into my room. During the check-in process they give you something to scan and pay for parking. I paid when I got up to my room. I wasnt fast enough. -lots of addicts and homeless in the area. Chinatown and Gastown had even more. Sad"

"Enjoyed our stay; the room was quiet and clean, very comfortable. Had a lovely view of the bayside looking out to the water, which was calming. My only complaint - and it’s an odd one - is the odd choice to have a window that faces into the shower from the bedroom area. (This is not an external window, it is just a wide window from which one can see fully into the shower from the bed.) We managed with it, but it took us by surprise. "

"We had a 10 hour overnight stay before flying out and we were welcomed and checked out quickly and dropped to the airport on time. Whilst not a resort, the hotel was run efficiently and at a good price which is what you want for a transit hotel near the airport."
