"We really enjoyed our stay this April. There were a few damaged items in the room. One bedside reading lamp was broken, my main issue with this is that wires were exposed. We made staff aware on thr 1st night. The last night the air conditioner vent syarted to rattle. But other than that the place was great. Very convenient to those arriving from Heathrow.
