"Fine hotel, with good connections to head for down-town. Easy with busses going from outside the hotel to both Elizabeth line and Piccadilly line. Great if you love watching airplanes, this was really a highlight, and i didn't even expect it. Even when close to the airport, the sounds were not that bad, but you could sometimes hear when the big planes were landing, but it was not disturbing. "

"The room although compact was ideal for a night’s stay before our flight. The power shower worked well and they supplied toiletries which was an added bonus, they also let us 2 bottles of complementary water which was a nice touch. The only downsides were that the television did not have many channels and appeared to keep losing connection and other guests who were staying close by when arriving at or leaving their rooms did not appear to be closing their doors quietly so you could hear doors...

"It was a very handy location. Whilst the stay was comfortable the Hotel itself appears dated and lacking a loving touch. Neither the steam room nor the Jacuzzi were working in The Leisure Club (which was a factor in us choosing the hotel) so the sauna was full constantly.Pool was a touch cool too. Not a lot of staff present and breakfast whilst fine seemed to have been stood for some time. Will give it another go as locations suits for regular visits to that area. "
