"We loved the lake view from our Superior Lakeview Queen Room. We were also surprised to find a kitchenette in our room which was un-expected but useful. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which is very convenient and a great way to get around Queenstown. It as a easy walk to and from to the shops / cafes and attractions. The hotel needs some refurbishing but in saying that it is clean and tidy. We would stay at this hotel again. "

"Very modern and clean. Staff professional. Great location, bus stop 2 blocks away. Beverage machine drinks of very poor quality and doesn't fit with the rest of the hotel's quality image. Need a light near the sink for make up and shaving which can be stalled on the wall."

"Fabulous! Our unit had over 700 sq ft and was just like staying in a well appointed fully furnished apt. It had a great kitchen with a washer and dryer. It had an ouside patio with access off the bedroom and dining room. Lots of floor to ceiling windows so could admire the view. A great bathroom with a separate shower and nice soaking tub."
