"Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Marilia, the receptionist was awesome and made sure we were comfortable throughout our 5 night stay there. Victor, another receptionist, ran to the office of our tour company at 3AM in the morning to check if they were open as our Rainbow Mountain trip was cancelled. We are especially grateful to Leo, the chef at their in house restaurant for taking extra care in preparing meals four our daughter with serious food allergies. She was very happy...

"Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico."

"The property is unique. A newly restored building from the 17th century the retains a lot of character. Quiet location that is close to the main square. Our room was wonderful and spacious. The staff was helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, we would visit again. "
